Please prayerfully consider which persons are best gifted and prepared to undertake each ministry. You may suggest anyone or several people for each position. Each suggestion will be carefully considered by the Nominating Committee. Each position requires Church Membership (see list of members below). Names in parentheses are those currently serving, whose positions are up for re-election.

Elder: General ministers and under-Shepherds who work with the pastors to develop the Ministry Vision and offer spiritual insight and help. They must be spiritually mature, people-oriented, big-picture kind of people.
Deacon of Facilities: Provide organization and oversight to the ministries pertaining to the care and maintenance of the physical plant of the church. They must be spiritually mature, conscientious, organized, and team players who can see that all of the various physical needs of the church are effectively met. Two-year term. Deacon of Teaching: Provide organization and oversight to the ministries relating to Christian Education within the church. They must be spiritually mature, passionate, and team players who can effectively organize and orchestrate the various facets of our weekly services. Two-year term. Deacon of Worship & Expression: Provide organization and oversight to the ministries pertaining to the public services of the church. They must be spiritually mature, passionate, and team players who can effectively organize and orchestrate the various facets of our weekly services. Two-year term. Deacon of Outreach: Provide organization and oversight to the ministries relating to mission work and evangelism on a local and a global level. They must be spiritually mature, focused on making disciples, creative, organized, and team players who can see where God is working and look for ways for our church to be a part of God’s work. Two-year term. Deacon of Fellowship: Provide organization and oversight to the ministries pertaining to ministry within and to the church family. They must be spiritually mature and organized team players who have a servant’s heart for ministry to the rest of the body in various ways. Two-year term. Regional Conference Delegate: Serve as representative of the local church at annual regional business meeting as a voting member. Give a report of conference action to the church following the conference. One-year term. General Conference Delegate: Serve as representative of the local church at bi-annual Missionary Church Denomination business meeting as a voting member.
